welcome to my temple

“To heal means to ‘make whole’ and when we feel whole we are in touch with the whole world. when in touch with our underlying soul, we are naturally in touch with nature and the Soul of the world. we are the missing ingredient in the solution’s needed for all that ails us, if we but awaken to the nature of our own souls.”

- Michael Meade

For the last decade, I have been devoted to the healing arts, both on my own journey of homecoming and supporting others through bodywork, soul & birthwork.

Receiving, returning, remembering our way home to our deepest, most whole selves.

My work is devoted to creating safe, honest, integral and sacred spaces for my client’s to unfold and unfurl through ritual, touch and tending to the nervous system with gentleness and care.

The work I offer is an invitation of return … to listen to the softest whispers from within, to tap into our ancestral wisdom and allow in support as we meet and integrate the many expansions and contractions that life entails.

I am devoted to supporting my client’s to feel at present, safe and soft in their bodies, connected to their wholeness and more resourced to actively participate with life and be in service to self, family and community.

Whilst in the past few years I have shared workshops, online sessions, online courses and more, I am currently only offering in person sessions in the form of bodywork, ritual, birth support work and in-home postpartum care here in my new home in Victoria- whilst also sharing sessions bi-monthly in Sydney & the Byron shire.

If working with me whether in a one-to-one bodywork ritual or in my services for pre and post-natal care or birth support, please be in touch and together we can co-create something beautiful.

I am extremely passionate in addressing the issues of privilege that can prevent healing work from being accessible. Please reach out regarding my sliding scale and scholarships for BIPOC women and others in true need.
